Junior Staff Members

It is with great pride we hire and develop our younger staff members who mainly work weekends and school holiday periods and generally join our brigade in Year 9 and stay till the completion of Year 12. In this period of time we see the development of youth into young adults, working and communicating in an adult world.  Ideals of team performance, reliability, punctuality, personal presentation are developed and it is common place to receive glowing comments on the work ethos and attitude of our younger staff which in turn is due to the role senior staff and management have on our younger team members.
